Will of DAVID NEWCOMER Book 13, p. 156 - 1901 I, David Newcomer, of Fayette County and State of Pennsylvania, do make and declare this my last will and testament. It is my will that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors herinafter named, as soon after my decease as conveniently can be. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary E. Newcomer, all my interest in the farm on which I now reside situate in lower Tyrone Township Fayette County and State of Pennsylvania, together with all my farm stock, farming implements hay, grain, feed and farm crops, in lieu of all dower. I will and bequeath to Cora M. Grist the sum of three hundred dollars. I will and bequeath to my three sons, W. W. Newcomer, L. O. Newcomer and J. E. Newcomer, all the remainder of my estate, consisting of real and personal, to share and share alike. I the testator having advanced to some of my children and expect to advance certain amounts to my several children and have charged same to them and expect to charge to them all amounts advanced in a small family book kept for the purpose, it is my will and desire that the amount charged to each one shall be deducted from his share that he would otherwise receive under this will and I hereby constitute and appoint my three sons above named executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, David M. Newcomer, the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of February A.D. 1901. /s/ David M.
