Newcomer of the town of Star Junction in the County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania, laborer, considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make declare and publish this my last will and testament. First, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Anna E. Newcomer all of my estate, real, personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed after all just debts and funeral expenses are fully paid. To have and to hold the same to her and her assigns forever. Second I do nominate and appoint my wife, Anna B. (sic) to be the executrix of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and set my seal this the 5th day of July A.D. 1902. /s/ David T.
