Will of ELIZA NEWCOMER, 1906 I, Eliza Newcomer, of Connellsville, County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: It is my will and I do so order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied including the expense of a tombstone to be erected over my remains in the Chestnut Hill Cemetery as near like the one now erected over the remains of my late husband, Jonathan Newcomer, deceased, also including all necessary expenses incurred by my children in coming to and from my funeral. And it is alsomy will and I do so order that the sum of One hundred Dollars be paid to the family at whose house I am staying at the time of my decease, in consideration of my trouble. And as touching all the rest residue and remainder of my property and whereever the same shall be at the time of my death, wheter real or personal, I give devise and bequeath unto my following named children or their heirs equally share and share alike after deducting all of said expenses, viz: Keepers M. Newcomer, Harriet P. George, Isadore, C. Bougher Mary B. Barnes, Eva E. Dill and the living children of my deceased son Isaac M. Newcomer and Daniel G. Newcomer. I d o hereby make, constitute and appoint John Kurtz of Connellsville, Fayette County, to be Executor of this my last will and testament.
