Fayette County, being in sound mind and memory do make Publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament to Wit. lst All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid in full. I devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate real and personal to my beloved wife, Mary A. Newcomer, for her to care for and use as she sees fit to do. At this time my property consists as follows. My property yet at Morgans Station, PA consists only of a large store building. One Farm of one hundred and sixty acres in Rush County, Kansas near Lacrosse, Kansas. My agent is W. L. Baker of Lacrosse, Kansas Rush County. Also four hundred and eighty acres (480) in Scott County, Kansas. My agent there is W. B. Culbertson of Scott City Scott County Kansas. Also five lots at Pinehurst, New Jersey near Atlantic City (Block 120, Sec. B ) my tax Collector is at this time, James Somers, P.O.Oceanville, NJ. Also 3 lots 1-2-3 Block 20, Sec a; also 1 lots 11 & 12, Sec a; also 5 lots, 6 to 10 Block 20, Sec a, all at Pleasant Ville, NJ, New Jersey, near Atlantic City. My agent there is Benjamin C. Lee Collector. Also my home soon will be at West Newton, PA one house & lot on Vine Street. And further I appoint my son-in-law Paul H. Anderson as my Executer to settle up the Business and that it is properly settled. The said Executor to select an attorney if needed so to do. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of March nineteen hundred and sixteen (1916) No Bond required. Former will of August 10, 1911 destroyed.
