We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Phillips, widow, of the Township of Franklin, County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania being in a good state of health and a reasonable mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God who gave it and as to my Body to be Buried in a Christian like manner by the side of my late husband Richard Phillips, as and touching those worldly things wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath of the same in the following manner: first I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Tumbleston, my bed and bedding, bedstead, looking glass, meddle sird pot, Duch oven, small pot‹skillet, flat Iron, half a dozen Knives and forks, half a dozen pewter plates, one large and two small basons, half a dozen spoons, half dozen tin cups, half dozen Tea cups and Sauscers, to my cow and Calf together with all my wearing appearel and Table, lastly I give and bequeath unto my son John, John Tumbleston, the remainder of all my Estate. I likewise Constitute and appoint Edward Jordan soll Executor to this my last will and Testament. In witness thereof whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Thirteeth day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven.
