Sesler, of South Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, being sound in mind but feeble in body do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, and the property of which I may die seized and possessed, I hereby dispose of as follows: First. I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done. Second. I give and bequeath unto my wife Emma F. Sesler my piano. Third. I hereby direct my executor to sell all my personal property, consisting of farming implements, horses, cattle, Ec. and the proceeds thereof to be applied to paying my funeral expenses and debts. Fourth. I hereby direct my executor hereinafter named to sell all my real estate wherever situate, at either public or private sale, and to sell same at such time as my said Executor may deem best, for the best interest of my estate. I in addition to my farm, in South Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, own an undivided interest amounting to two hundred acres of coal in what is known as the Bingamon Creek Coal field, situate partly in Marion County and partly in Harrison County, West Virginia, and this Coal Land as well as all other real estate, including my said farm, I direct my said executor to sell in manner as aforesaid and the proceeds arising therefrom, I direct first to be applied to the payment of all my debts and costs of settling my estate, and the balance of the proceeds of such sales, I direct to be divided equally among my wife Emma F. Sesler and my four children viz Frank G. Sesler, Thomas H. Sesler, Lillie? C. Sesler, Camby? N. Sesler, share and share alike, and the share which I hereby give to my said wife Emma, shall be in lieu of dower. Fifth. I hereby give my executor hereinafter named, or his successor, in said trust, full power to execute deeds and deliver same to the purchaser or purchasers for all real estate that I have herein directed to be sold. Sixth, and lastly, I hereby appoint my brother Philip Sesler, executor of this my last will and testament. Sesler in our presence subscribed his name to the above writing and declared it to be his last will and testament, and at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each of us, subscribe our names as attesting witnesses to the due execution thereof. Kefover Fayette County SS: Be it Remember, that on the 2nd day of November A.D. 1904, before me, Logan Rush, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, came C.W. King and Chas W. Kefover, subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Albert K. Sesler, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, did each depose and say, that they were personally present and saw the said Albert K. Sesler, sign and seal the foregoing Instrument of Writing, and heard him declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, when of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their belief. That they signed their names as Witnesses thereto by request of the said Testator in his presence and in the presence of each other. That they know of no undue influence being used in making said will or any later will made. Sworn to and subscribed before me this ) C.W. King 2nd day of Nov. A.D. 1904, as witness my) Chas F.
