I give direct and bequeath to my beloved husband Gabriel F Sisler my entire real estate Situate in George Township Fayette County Penna. together with all my personal effects rights Interests, demands, notes , judgements & whatsoever belonging to me or that I may at any time be possessed of and hereby appoint my husband Gabriel F. Sisler my executor with full power to act as such without giving bond. Witness my hand and seal this 14th day of April A.D. 1891 Signed & sealed in the presence of, Sarah E. Swaney, T.H. Anderson Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for said County ca,e Sarah E. Sweany and T.H. Trader subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and Testament of Elizabeth Sisler, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, did each depose and say that they were personally present, and saw the said Elizabeth Sisler sign by mark and seal the foregoing instrument of writing and heard her declare the same to be her last Will and Testament, where of sound and disposing mind and memory, to the best of their belief. That they signed their names as Witnesses thereto, by request of the said Testator in her presence and in the presence of each other. That they know of no undue influence being used in making said Will or any later will made. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 6th day of May A.D. 1873 as witness my hand and official seal.
