Stoke late deceased of Bullskin township Fayette County State of Pa I Hanah Stoke Considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my Last will and testament in manner following that is to say that after my funeral expenses are paid I give and bequeath first to my Son Thomas Stoke one dollar in cash and the ballance(sic) of my money and all other dues with my household and kitchen furniture I give and bequeath unto my son James Stoke which was bequeathed to me by my said husband in his lifetime and I further constitute apoint my son James Stoke Executor of this my Last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth(sic) fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and sixty five. Spear Fayette County ss Be it remembered that on the 1st day of May 1866 Before me Geo Morrison Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for Said County personally came Dan'l F. Shupe and David S. Spear the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Hannah Stoke died who being duly affirmed say that they were personally present and saw the Testatrix Hannah Stoke Sign by making her mark and heard her declare the same as and for her last Will and Testament that at the time of so doing she was of sound and disposing mind and memory that they signed as Witnesses thereto by the request of the Testator in her presence and in the presence of each other that they knew of no undue influence used in making therof or any later will made.
