I do further appoint Hugh Torrance and Thomas Leslie to be my Executors of this my last will and Testament and perform all and singular the items there in mentioned -- witness my hand and seal this 3d day of June One Thousand Eight Hundred and Nineteen. Torrance the signing witnesses to the foregoing last will and Testament and on their soleum oaths did respective declare that the Testator did acknowledge the same in their presence to be his last will and Testament where of sound mind that they signed the same as witnesses thereto in his presence - that no undue influence had been used or later will made by the deceased to thier knowledge or belief -- In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal of said Office the same day.
