WILLIAM SNIVELY ASH, M. D.

  William S. Ash was born in 1884 at Clearspring, Md., and received his 
education at the Hagerstown High School and was graduated M. D. in 1905 from 
Hahneman Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa.  He began the practice of medicine 
in Washington County, Md., but removed to Loudon in 1907 where he was in active 
practice for about four years when he removed from the county.

  He was a member of the Medical Society while living in the county.  In 1916 
Dr. Ash registered in the State of Michigan and was located in Detroit.
