CLARENCE ARMOR CHRITZMAN, M. D.

  Clarence A. Chritzman was born in 1870 at Welsh Run, the son of Dr. Henry G. 
and Emma (Newcomer) Chritzman.  He received his education in the common schools 
and studied medicine with his father at Welsh Run.  After the usual course of 
lectures he was graduated M. D. in 1892 from the Jefferson Medical College, 
Philadelphia, Pa.

  Dr. Chritzman began the practice of medicine with his father at Welsh Run and 
after five years removed to Greencastle, Pa., where he was in practice until 
1903 when he located at Upton and has been in continuous practice there to the 
present time.  Dr. Chritzman was never a member of the Medical Society.

  He married first, Edith Flickinger, daughter of Dr. John S. Flickinger, 
Fannettsburg, and second, Mrs. Kate Shank.  Henry G. Chritzman, M. D., is a son.
