D. J. M. Farrel was born in 1882 at New Philadelphia, Ohio, and was graduated M. D. in 1906 from Bennett Medical School, Chicago, Ill. This was an Eclectic Medical School and is now extinct. Dr. Farrel was licensed in Pennsylvania in 1906 and has practiced since then at various places in Pennsylvania. He is an advertising quack and is not in good standing in the medical profession. He located in Chambersburg in September, 1925. August 17, 1926, his license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania was revoked by the State Board of Medical Licensure, because of his excessive use of alcoholic stimulants. Dr. Farrel immediately left the county. His name is here given for historical accuracy only.
