DR. ZEPHANIA HARTZELL

  Zephania Hartzell was born in Adams County, the son of George J. and Mary 
(Gelwicks) Hartzell, and a brother of Dr. Ezekiel Hartzell of Fayetteville.  Dr. 
Hartzell practiced medicine in Greenvillage, Upper Strasburg and St. Thomas, 
being several years at each of these places.  He then located at Newburg, 
Cumberland County, and was in practice at this place until his death about 1885 
or 1886.
