GUY TAINTOR HAYWOOD, M. D.

  Guy T. Haywood was born in 1887 at Birney, Montana, and was graduated M. D. in 
1913, Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa.

  Dr. Haywood located at Upper Strasburg in 1914 and was in practice here for 
two years.  In 1915 he registered in Montana where he is now in active practice, 
his address being Forsyth, Mont.  Dr. Haywood was a member of the Medical 
Society while in Upper Strasburg.
