HERBERT LESLIE LANTZ, M. D.

  Herbert L. Lantz was born 1877 in Marion, Pa., a son of Martin L. and Martha 
(Koser) Lantz.

  He grew to manhood at Marion attending the local schools.

  He was graduated M. D., 1904, from the School of Medicine, University of 
Pittsburgh.

  Dr. Lantz was in practice in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., for a number of years, before 
removing to Philadelphia where he now resides.
