D. E. F. Menger was born in 1882 in Philadelphia, Pa., and was educated at Cheltenham Military Academy. He studied Pharmacy and received the degree Ph. G. in 1903 and then studied medicine and was graduated M. D. in 1909 from Medico Chirurgical College, Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Menger located in Loudon in 1910 and was in practice there until 1914, when he removed to Carlisle. He is now in the Indian Service and is located at Haskell Institute, Lawrence, Kan.
