VICTOR DAVIS MILLER, JR., M. D.

  V. D. Miller was born in 1876 at Mason and Dixon, Pa., the son of Dr. Victor 
D. Miller.  He read medicine with his father and was graduated M. D. in 1900 
from the University of Pennsylvania and since graduation has pursued his 
profession in Hagerstown, Md.
