D. B. E. Nevin was born in 1868 in Waynesboro, a son of Thomas S. and Mary A. (Hodnut) Nevin. He attended the University of Maryland and was graduated M. D. in 1894 from this institution. Dr. Nevin began the practice of medicine at Sylvan, Pa. One year later he removed to Grafton, West Virginia, where he remained for one year and then practiced for four years at Collins, W. Va., before locating in 1900 at Mercersburg, Pa., where he since has been in active practice. Dr. Nevin has been for some years the physician to Mercersburg Academy. Dr. Nevin is a member of the Medical Society.
