ELLA M. RUSSELL, M. D.

  Ella M. Russell was born in 1878 at New Haven, Conn.  After the usual course 
at the Women's Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa., she received her degree M. D. 
in 1906.  She then began the practice of medicine in Philadelphia, remaining in 
this city until 1916, when she registered in Franklin County, and has since 
practiced in Chambersburg in partnership with Dr. Helen M. Stewart.  They 
specialize in diseases of the eye.  Dr. Russell is a member of the Medical 
Society and of the Chambersburg Hospital Staff.
