SCOTT S. RUSSELL, M. D.

  S. S. Russell is a native of the County and was born in 1886 and was graduated 
M. D. in 1912 from Jefferson Medical College.  He was registered in Franklin 
County in 1912 and for a very short time was located near Mercersburg.  He then 
removed from the county and was lately living at Greenville, Pa., and was not in 
practice.
