D. Le Roy H. Saxe was born in 1879 at Spring House, Pa. He received his early education in the public schools of Lansdale, Pa. Later he attended the Williamson School and the University of California. He then entered Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa., and was graduated M. D., 1905, from this institution. After spending one year as Interne in Ancon Hospital, Canal Zone, he served for two years in South America as physician and surgeon to a gold mining company. Dr. Saxe was in private practice in Bucks County for a time and then located at Fannettsburg., Pa., in 1913 where he was in active practice until 1925 when he removed to Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pa., where he now is in practice. He transferred his society membership in the Bucks County Medical Society to the Medical Society of Franklin County in 1913 and served as President in 1925.
