D. William C. Schultz was born in 1869 at Jerseytown, Pa. He was educated in the common schools and Millville Academy. He then graduated from the Bloomsburg State Normal School and was a teacher for several years, before taking up the study of medicine. After the usual course, he was graduated M. D., 1895, from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Schultz located at once at Concord, Pa., where he was in practice until 1902, When he removed to Waynesboro, and since has been in continuous practice in this town. Dr. Schultz has been a member of the Medical Society since 1906 and its president in 1913. He is a member of the Waynesboro Hospital Staff, a Methodist by faith and a Knight Templar and a Shriner.
