DR. SHARTZER

  Dr. Shartzer followed Dr. Byrne in St. Thomas and was in practice there for a 
short time.  He and his wife are described as pleasant and social people.  He 
came to St. Thomas from Maryland.  There seems to be no further data available 
as to Dr. Shartzer.
