RICHARD PENN SMITH, M. D.

  R. P. Smith was born in 1875 and was graduated M. D. in 1912 from Temple 
University, Philadelphia, Pa.  He located at Loudon about 1916 and after about 
one year of practice there he entered the Medical Service, U. S. A., and did not 
return to this county.  In 1921 he was a Captain, Medical Corps, U. S. A., and 
was then located at Camp Dix, N. J.
