Letter of Attorney: Joseph C. Dull, Lydia Beard, Francis Beard, Mary Stiffler, Michael Stiffler, Elizabeth Replogle, John Replogle to Fredrick C. Dull: Know all men by these presents that we Joseph C. Dull, Lydia Beard, and her husband Francis Beard, Mary Stiffler and her husband Michael Stiffler and Elizabeth Replogle and her husband John Replogle all of the County of Bedford and State of Pennsylvania, have made constituted and appointed and by these presents do hereby jointly and severably constitute and appoint and in our place and stead and in the place and stead of each of us put and depute Fredrick C. Dull of Quincy Township in the County of Franklin and State aforesaid our true and lawful Attorney and the true and lawful Attorney of each of us for us and in our names and for our use to ask demand sue for recover and receive all such sum or sums of money debts and demands whatsoever which is are or shall be due owing or payable to us or any of us as heirs or legal representatives of Solomon Sechrist late of the said County of Franklin deceased whether coming to us from George W. Toms Administrator of said decd or from any other person or persons whatsoever and whether said estate be real or personal or coming to us or either of us as heirs of said decd or in right of our grandmother the widow of said Solomon or our mother Catharine Dull formerly Catharine Sechrist and a daughter of said deceased or otherwise giving and granting unto our said Attorney by these presents our full and whole power, strength and authority in and about the premises to have use and take all lawful ways and means in our name or names for the purposes aforesaid and upon the receipt of any such debts dues or sums of money acquitances or other sufficient discharges for us and in our name or names to make seal and deliver and generally all and every other act or acts thing or things device or devices in law whatsoever needful and necessary to be done in and about the premises for us and in our name or names to do execute and perform as fully largely and amply to all intents and purposes as we or any of us might or could do if personally present and Attorneys one or more under him for the purposes aforesaid to make and constitute and again at pleasure to revoke hereby ratifying allowing and holding for firm and affectual all and whatsoever our said Attorney shall lawfully do for us or any of us in and about the premises by virtue hereof In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 19th day of May A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty.
