Treher, Adam Treher, Sarah Treher, Mary intermarried to Samuel Shetron, and Frederick Gelwicks guardian of Margaret, Rachael, Aaron, and Martha Ellen Treher do hereby certify to have rec’d of and from John Treher and Henry Treher Executors of said Adam Treher dec’d our respective proportion shares and dividends of the amount in the hands of said Executors as per their account filed in the Orphans Court of the County of Franklin and duly confirmed. The amount paid us, being our shares in full after charging certain heirs with advancements and according to the calculations append to these papers and we do by these presents remise, release and forever discharge the said John and Henry Treher Executors of said Adam Treher dec’d of and from said shares dividends and purports coming to us respectively and of and from all liability for or on account of same. The said Mary Shedron being of full age and examined separate and apart from her said husband did declare that she did voluntarily and of her own free will sign and as her act and deed deliver the same without any coercion on part of her said husband.
