Franklin Co. PA, involving his three sons, Christopher, Peter, and Joseph DULL This Indenture made the tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Ninety one Between Christopher Dull & Joseph Dull of the one part and Peter Dull of the other part all of Washington Township in Franklin County & state of Pennsylvania Whereas Christopher Dull deceased late of the said County and Township died Intestate and leaving no surviving children only the three above named sons as Heirs Possess and enjoy his Estate both real and personal, and he in his life time and at his death was possessed of several tracts of land or Plantations all situated & lying in the aforesaid Township two Tracts of the same was Patented and adjoined with other on one of said tracts the said decd in his life time dwelt and directed where the lines should be run to divide the meadow ground between said two Tracts of land one of said tracts contains two hundred & thirty five acres and 37 perches and allowance and was confirmed to said Christopher Dull decd by Patent dated the ninth day of October 1765, and Recorded in Philadelphia in Patent book AA Vol. 6, page 433 &ca, the other tract containing one hundred & sixty one acres & allowance was confirmed to the aforesaid Christopher Dull by Patent the 22d day of March 1773 and Recorded in Philadelphia in Patent Book AA Vol. 13. page 433 &c. And the above named three sons, to the said Decd. have agreed to divide the land amongst them and to convey each to the other all being of full age. Now know whom it may concern that we Christopher Dull and Joseph Dull for and in consideration of the sum of ten shillings ***** is us in hand paid by the said Peter Dull the receipt whereof we acknowledge, & for other good causes each of us having received a tract of land formerly our Deceased fathers, with which we are fully satisfyed do grant bargain & sell and by these presents do grant bargain sell release and confirm all our right title Interest property claim and demand of us whatever of and in, two hundred and twenty five acres and usual allowances being part of the two above recited Tracts of Patented Lands and bounded and limited as follows (Viz, Beginning at a post in the lane thence by Widow Nippers land north eighty and an half degrees west seventy one and an half perches to a black oak, north seventy degrees west one hundred & twelve perches to a white oak thence by Christopher Dull's land south forty degrees west, one hundred & eight perches to a black oak thence by Danl. McCoys land south ten degrees East ninety six perches to a post thence by Ludwick Stull's south eighty eighty degrees east one hundred Fifty two perches to a white oak south seventy three degrees east forty perches to a white oak north eighty six degs East thirty two perches to a white oak north seventy five degrees east eight perches to a post north nineteen & an half degrees east by Joseph Dull's land forty perches to a post, north fifty seven degs East sixteen perches to a post north eighty seven degrees East two perches to a post North fifteen degrees East eighteen perches to a black oak grub north fifty six & an half degs West thirty four perches to a post by the race side north seventeen degrees west twelve perches to a post north fifty one degrees west eleven perches to a post north one & an half degrees East forty perches to the place of Beg.g unto the said Peter Dull his Heirs and assigns. To have and to hold the said granted land & premises with all and singular the Improvements Hereditaments and Appurtenances thereon or thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and lying within the bounds and limits aforesaid, and the reversions remainders Rents issues & prosess thereof to and for the proper use benefit and behoof of the said Peter Dull his heirs and assigns forever, subject to the Reservation as expressed and implied in the original Patent. And we the said Christopher Dull and Joseph Dull for ourselves and our Heirs as Covenant engage and promise to warrant and depend the said two hundred & twenty five acres & allowance as bounded and limited with the appurtenances unto the said Peter Dull his Heirs and assigns forever from all manner of persons lawfully claiming the same by through or under us or any of us. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals the day and year first within written. Christopher? Christopher Dull & Joseph Dull and acknowledged the within Deed or Conveyance unto Peter Dull as their act and Deed and desired that the same may be recorded as such as witness my hand and seal this 10th day of June 1791.
