We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ Franklin County Deed Book 17, page 50 Know all men by these presents that I Catharine Dull of Napier Township Bedford County and State of Pennsylvania wife of John Dull son of Joseph Dull of Franklin County deceased have remised released quit-claimed and by these presents do release and forever quit-claim unto the heirs and legal representatives of the said Joseph Dull late of Franklin County and State of Pennsylvania deceased all and all manner of actions suits and causes of actions and suits, accounts reckonings and demands whatsoever for or concerning the rents or profits of any lands tenements or hereditaments or any other estate of the said Joseph Dull either real or personal or for or concerning any household stuff or other good sum or sums of money whatsoever or any other thing or things that I had or might have had claim or demand to of and in and concerning the estate of the said Joseph Dull deceased and I do further also hereby remise release and quit claim unto the said heirs and legal representatives of the said Joseph Dull deceased all and all manner of actions and suits and causes of actions or suit debts dues and demands whatsoever from the Beginning of the World to the day of the date hereof. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the twenty second day of February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven.
