Coyle & wife Location of property: Waynesboro Consideration: $1,300, Internal Revenue $1.50 This Deed, made the twenty third day of February in the year nineteen hundred and twenty four. Between Bruce Etter and Florence E. Etter, his wife, of the Borough of Waynesboro, County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania, Grantors, and H.P. Coyle and Naomi C. Coyle, his wife, of the same place, Grantees. Witnesseth, that in consideration of Thirteen Hundred ($1,300) dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do by grant and convey to the said grantees. ALL the following described real estate lying and being situate in the Borough of Waynesboro (formerly Township of Washington) County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: The North by Lot No. 49, on the east by Chestnut Street, on the South by Lot No. 53 and on the West by a 12 foot alley; Said Lot being 30 feet in width and 150 feet in depth, and is designated by Lot No. 51 upon a plan of streets, lots, etc., known as “South Waynesboro”, and being the same real estate conveyed to said Bruce Etter by deed of Emory E. Martin and wife dated March 31, 1920 and recorded in Deed Book Vol 199, Page 150. Also that lot of ground situate in the Borough of Waynesboro, aforesaid, bounded and described as follows: On the North by Lot No. 47, on the East by said Chestnut Street, on the South by Lot No. 51 and on the South by a 12 foot alley, said piece or parcel of land is 30 feet in width and 150 feet in length and embraces No. 49 on said Chestnut Street according to said plot. Said piece or parcel of land is sold subject to the reservation that no building shall be erected on same nearer than sixteen feet from the curb line on said Chestnut Street and that a strip six feet wide of the front of said lot shall be kept open for a sidewalk for use of the public. Said real estate being the same conveyed to said Bruce Etter by deed dated May 8, 1920 by Julia A. Snotterly and others. And the said grantors will warrant generally the property hereby conveyed.
