Know all men by these presents that we James Stitt Isabella Stitt (alias 
Campbell) and Mark Campbell of Huntingdon County Dublin Township Pennsylvania 
heirs and legal representatives of Mark Campbell of Fannet Township Franklin 
County Pa late decd for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and 
twenty five dollars heretofore paid to the aforesaid Isabella Stitt alias 
Campbell, and the sum of Two hundred dollars in hand paid to Mark Campbell by 
William Campbell Jnr of Fannet Twp Franklin County Pennsylvania, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged by the said James & Isabella Stitt and Mark 
Campbell have remised released quit claimed and by these presents do re???? 
remise sell enfeoff and confirm unto the said William Campbell Jnr. his heirs 
and assigns forever, all their right title interest and claim of their parts of 
the real estate of their father Mark Campbell decd devised by the will of their 
father the aforesd Mark Campbell decd and by law, the said Mark being a 
posthumous child born after the decese [sic] of his father including their parts 
of their sister Rachels share who died intestate the said real estate being 
situate in Fannet Twp County & State aforesaid bounded by lands of William 
Campbell Senr A. Wilson Adam Cr?? and other references being had to the will of 
the said Mark Campbell decd will more fully shew _ Now we the said James Stitt 
Issabella [sic] Mark Campbell for ourselves our heirs and assigns do remise 
release and absolutely quit claim to our respective shares of the above 
mentioned real property of our decd father Mark Campbell, to the above mentioned 
William Campbell Jnr his heirs and assigns forever _ and we for ourselves and 
our heirs and from every other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim 
the same shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents - In 
Testimony whereof we have hereunto set their [sic] hands and seals the seventh 
day of June One thousand Eight hundred and thirty Six.

my part of the consideration Money therein mentioned

Franklin County SS} On the day of the within date personally appeared the within 
mentioned James Stitt, Isabella his wife and Mark Campbell. She being examined 
separate & apart and acknowledged the within to be their act and deed that it 
may be recorded as such - Given under my hand and seal at Fannet Township -
