This deed, made the 9th day of July in the year nineteen hundred and thirty two.

Between A. M. Treher and wife, Margaret W. Treher of Grenne Township, Daniel F. 
Treher, sole, of Southhampton Township, John A. Treher and wife, Emma Treher, 
and Samuel E. Treher, and wife, Edith L. Treher, of Chambersburg, all of 
Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Grantors, and C. D. Minehart and Z.S. Brenize of 
Orrstown, Southhampton Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Grantees.

Witnesseth, that in consideration of eight hundred fifty ($850.00) dollars, in 
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do 
hereby grant and convey in fee simple to the said grantees,  All the following 
described two lots of ground lying and being situate in the Borough of 
Orrstown, County of Franklin, State of Pennsylvania.

LOT No. 1:  Beginning at a stone on Main Street; thence by lands of W. O. Wise 
et al, North fourteen and one eight (14 1/8) degrees West, two hundred and 
twenty-eight (228) feet four (4) inches to a stone in Old Mill Road; thence by 
Old Mill Road South eighty-seven and three-fourths (87 ¾) degrees East, fifty 
(50) feet to a stone in Old Mill Road; thence by Lot No. 2 South fourteen and 
one-fourth (14 ¼) degrees East, two hundred eleven (211) feet three (3) inches 
to a stone in said Main Street; thence along said Main Street South seventy-two 
and one fourth (72 ¼) degrees plus West forty-nine (49) deet to place of 
beginning containing thirty nine (39) perches neat measure.

LOT No. 2:  Beginning at a stone at the corner of Lot No. 1; thence North 
fourteen and one-fourth (14 ¼) degrees West, two hundred eleven (211) feet 
three (3) inches to a stone in Old Mill Road; thence by Old Mill Road South 
eighty-seven and three-fourths (87 ¾) degrees East, fifty-six (56) feet six (6) 
inches to a point in said road; thence by lot now or formerly or Trustees of 
Orrstown Bank to a point in Main Street; thence by Main Street South seventy-
two and one-fourth (72 ¼) degrees plus West, sixty (60) feet to the place of 
Beginning being the same lots of ground which W. O. Wise by deed dated March 
24th, 1921, recorded in Deed book Vol. 202, page 500, conveyed to Harry Treher, 
who died seized thereof January 3rd, 1932, intestate, leaving to survive him as 
his sole and only heirs at law the grantors herein named.

And the said grantor will warrant generally the property hereby conveyed.

named A.M. Treher and wife Margaret W. Treher, Daniel F. Treher, John A. Treher 
and wife, Emma Treher, Samuel E. Treher and wife Edith L Treher and 
acknowledged the foregoing deed to be their act and deed, and desired tha same 
to be recorded as such.
