Henry Treher et al To William D. Shearer Franklin County Courthouse Chambersburg, Pennsylvania Release No. 952 S. Henry Treher et al To William D. Shearer Whereas S. Henry Treher and Harry Treher by Deed of 1st of April A.D. 1895 conveyed a certain farm situate in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, to Harry M. Kelso, which Deed is recorded in the Recorder's Office of Franklin County, Pennsylvania Deed Book 103, Page 184, which Deed contains this reservation- "Subject, however to the annual payment of thirty-three and 70/100 ($33.70) dollars, being the interest as five percent on the principal sum of six hundred and seventy three and 96/100 ($673.96) dollars to the widow of said Adam Treher, deceased during her life, and at her death the said principal sum to the heirs of said Adam Treher, deceased."- And whereas, the widow od said Adam Treher, deceased, is now dead, she having died on the 20th day of July A.D. 1898. And whereas the said farm is now owned by William D. Shearer and the said charge is due. Now know all men by these presents, that we, S. Henry Treher, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, David W. Treher, of Brice, Ohio, Daniel F. Treher, of Pleasant Hall, Pennsylvania, Franklin County, Adam L. Treher, of Fayetteville, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Harry Treher, of Orrstown, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Albert M. Treher of Steelton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being all of the heirs of said Adam Treher, deceased, having received all of said charge, debt and interest, from the said William D. Shearer, do hereby in consideration thereof, remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge the said lands of and from all liability on account of the same. Treher, to me known to be the person he represents himself to be, and acknowledged the foregoing Release to be his act and deed and desire hat the same might be recorded as such. Ruhlman, Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, the same being a Court of record and of general jurisdiction within and for the County and State aforesaid, do hereby certify that W. R. Graham, Esq. whoso name is subscribed to the annexed instrument as a Notary Public was, at the time of executing the same, a Notary Pulic within and for said Mahoning County, Ohio, and duly authorized to take the same, and that said instrument is executed according to the laws of the State of Ohio.
