Hafer Auctioneer Public Sale of Real Estate – The undersigned administrators in the estate of Adam Treher, deceased, late of Letterkenny township, Franklin County, Pa., will sell at public sale on Saturday, September 29, 1894, at 1 o’clock P.M., in front of the court house, Chambersburg, Pa, THE HOMESTEAD, in said township, situated on the public road leading from Upper Strasburg to Roxbury, 3 miles from the former and 1 mile from the latter place. This farm consists of 100 acres, more or less, of good SLATE LAND, about 80 acres of which are well- fenced and in an excellent state of cultivation, the remainder being covered with good timber, mostly chestnut and white oak. The improvements consist of a commodious TWO-STORY LOG HOUSE, weatherboarded, containing 9 rooms, with kitchen attached; a large bank barn, wagon shed, corncrib and other necessary outbuildings, all nearly new.
