Applegate Cheryl Elaine Applegate, 56, of Glendale, Arizona, was surrounded by her loving family when she unexpectedly returned home to be with her Lord on February 21. Funeral services were held Thursday, February 28th and interment was in Glendale, Arizona. She was born in Chambersburg, on March 20, 1951 and was the daughter of John C. and Delores M. (Shoop) Corbin. She was married to Paul and they are the parents of two sons and two daughters and 13 grandchildren. Mrs. Applegate was the granddaughter of the late Fred and Goldie Shoop, formerly of Burnt Cabins and Fannettsburg. She was reared in the home of the late Warren and Mildred Murphy of Burnt Cabins, early in her life. Mrs. Applegate loved Pennsylvania and spent a lot of the fall seasons with her cousin Sharon Querry and husband Fred of Orbisonia. She is survived by her mother's sister, Genevieve Houck and husband, Glenn of Orbisonia and Devona Black and husband, William of RD Three Springs and many cousins here in Pennsylvania.
