He had been an invalid since he received a stroke of paralysis about a year and a half ago, and for two weeks was bed fast. Mr. BAER was a farmer by occupation and was much respected in the community. He was a member of the German Baptist church. Deceased is survived by his wife and four children: Henry, Waynesboro, Mrs. James THOMPSON, Hagerstown, Mrs. Edward SHOCKEY, Zullinger, and Nancy, at home; also these brothers and sisters: John, Waynesboro, Jonathan and Mrs. Michael JACOBS, Zullinger, Christian, Shady Grove, and Mrs. Susan DEARDORF, Altenwald.
