Jacob Burkett died at his home, No. 55(?) West King street, last Monday.  He had 
been ill for some months and was nearly 50 years old.  His death was due to 
dropsy.  He is survived by his wife and two daughters and two brothers, 
Benjamin, of town and Charles D., Hagerstown, Md., and one sister, Mrs. Wm. 
Marshall, of town.  He was last employed in the Frick shops, Waynesboro.
