Capps Janice Kay Capps, 45, of Grindstone Hill Road, Chambersburg, died at 3:25 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2002, at Manorcare Health Services, Chambersburg. Funeral services were held April 3 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, Orbisonia, with Pastor Len Smith officiating. Interment was made in Salem Cemetery, RD Blairs Mills. Born Nov. 28, 1956, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of Ralph and Mary (Smith) Singer. She is survived by her parents of Orbisonia, along with her companion of 11 years, Woodrow Harnish of Grindstone Road, Chambersburg. She is also survived by one son, Allen James Capps, at home. One sister and two brothers also survive: Cynthia Ritchie of Fannettsburg, Ralph L. Singer Jr. of McConnellsburg and Jeffrey A. Singer of McConnellsburg. She was of the Protestant faith.
