Mrs. Violetta B. Carr, who died at Petersburg, VA, on Monday has been brought 
here for burial. The remains arrived Thursday night at 11:30 o'clock and were 
taken to Sellers Brothers funeral parlors from where the funeral will be held 
this afternoon at 2:30. Mrs. Carr was a niece of Miss Carrie Montgomery and 
was ages 29yr, 11mo and 25da. Her husband died several years ago. Besides her 
parents, Mr. & Mrs. C.C. Bain of Petersburg, formerly of this place, a 
brother, Russell and a sister, Dorothy, survive.
