DECHERT, died at 8:30 a.m. Monday at her home 107 south Main street. Mrs. DECHERT had been ill for over two months with a complication of diseases but it was thought she was getting better. On Sunday she grew worse and sank calmly to the end. Mrs. DECHERT, beside her husband, leaves three children: Mrs. Maude BYLER, of Baltimore, Miss Helen and John H., of town. John A. SEIDERS, Esq. Is her only surviving brother. Mrs. DECHERT was born and had always lived in Chambersburg. She was a most exemplary Christian woman. She was a member of the First Lutheran church and was esteemed by all who knew her. Her afflicted family has the sympathy and condolences of many friends. Funeral Thursday at 10 a.m., interment in Cedar Grove cemetery. Franklin Repository, Wednesday, June 28, 1899
