Harmony, 89, died yesterday at 4 p.m. at his home, 38 South Franklin St., after a long illness. He was born in Franklin County on January 10, 1857, a son of the late David and Mary Harmony and was the last of his family. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church. A cabinet maker by trade, Mr. Harmony was employed for many years at the former Sierer furniture factory. He is survived by his widow Mrs. [Laura] May Palmer Harmony; four nephews and one niece. Funeral services, in charge of Rev. Dr. Clarence A. Neal, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Kraiss funeral home, Lincoln Way West. Burial will be at Cedar Grove cemetery.
