Her age was 77 years. She was born on July 16, 1870, in Greencastle, and was a daughter of the late Luther C. and Julia Carr Palmer. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church. A brother, Leslie M. Palmer, of Omaha, Neb., survives. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Carroll S.. Klug at the Barbour funeral home at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon; burial in Cedar Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 o'clock this evening.
