Hellman, a farmer, living at the head of Falling Spring, died Saturday last at 12:30 o'clock. He was aged about 36(?) years. About a year ago Mr. Helman was injured while helping a neighbor to butcher, and although he was better at times his injury proved to be a permanent one. He was a son of George Helman. A wife survives, who was Miss Annie Spangler. Mr. Hellman was a member of the Grindstone Hill Lutheran church and was born near Grindstone Hill. Four brothers and three sisters survive: John, Harvey, Edward and Charles and Mrs. Summers and Minnie and Maggie Helman. Funeral Tuesday last. Interment at Grindstone H.J. People's Register, Chambersburg, PA, March 18, 1898 NOTE: Names typed as in newspaper.
