HATCHED AND SNATCHED.

  -  Frank Loughlin, youngest son of Mrs. Rebecca and the late John 
Loughlin, died on Tuesday evening, May 6th, at Greencastle, of cerebro-
spinal meningitis.  It is supposed that he contracted the disease while 
on a visit to Altoona.
