Machinist dies on Hunting Trip

SHOCKEY - Waynesboro, PA. - A 51-year-old machinist died Monday while 
hunting deer in a party in Horse Valley, Franklin County Coroner John P. 
Manges said Wednesday. Dr. Mange identified the victim at Delbert R. Shockey 
of Waynesboro R3, father of two children. Police said Shockey was in the 
field with a party of hunters when he became ill. He told the others to go 
on and stayed behind at their tree stand. He was found dead at the foot of 
the tree when they returned.
