Mrs. Mahala A. Stoops, widow of the late James Stoops, died at her home in 
Waynesboro Tuesday morning at 4:40 o'clock.  She was aged 41 years and 3 months.  
The cause of her death was pulmonary tuberculosis, with which she had been ill 
for about two weeks.  Mrs. Stoops was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. 
David Smith, who at the time of her birth were living at Fairfield.
