Her death was caused by pneumonia from which she suffered for about one week. She was a member of the Reformed church and was a consistent Christian, a woman of a sympathetic nature and possessed of an unusually sweet disposition. She is survived by her husband and these children: Mrs. H. M. Fritz, Quincy; W. H. Stouffer, New Holland, Lancaster county; Mrs. Delia Bear, at home; Mrs. Emanuel Fouse, Marklesburg; Mrs. Samuel Beaver, Williamsport, this state; Mrs. Amanda Baird, of the Santee Indian agency in Nebraska. She was laid to rest in Green Hill cemetery, Waynesboro, on Saturday. People's Register, Chambersburg, PA, November 1, 1901
