Mrs. Elizabeth R. Weaverling

On May 20 Mrs. Elizabeth Ringle Weaverling, widow of John P. Weaverling, died at 
her home, about four miles east of Everett.  The deceased was born at St. 
Thomas, Franklin county, November 16, 1825, and was aged seventy-four years, six 
months and four days at the time of her death.  On August 29, 1844, she was 
united in marriage to John P. Weaverling and to this union ten children were 
born, seven of whom are still living, namely, Mrs. William Klutz, of Cumberland 
Valley; Ebbert C. Weaverling, Mrs. Clarence J. Peck, George P. Weaverling, of 
Everett; Albert R. Weaverling, Mrs. Joseph E. Williams, of Versailles, and Mrs. 
Rufus J. Zembower, of near Everett.  Her husband died about three months ago.  
Mrs. Weaverling was a worthy woman.
