The home of Mr. and Mrs. George Izer on Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 3d was the scene of a pretty home wedding of their daughter, Bertha, to Charles, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Hartman, both of Zullinger. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Isaac Riddleberger, in the presence of one hundred invited guests. Miss Sallie Hartman, niece of the groom, and Mr. Frank Miller was groomsman. The bride was dressed in a light blue serge, trimmed in lace and she carried flowers. The groom was dressed in the conventional black. After the ceremony the guests were invited to the dining room, where the table fairly groaned beneath its weight of everything to satisfy the inner man. The presents were numerous, costly and useful, which show the high esteem in which the young couple are held. Mr. and Mrs. Hartman will move on D. Y. Bitner's farm in the spring.
