DB 32:171  8 June 1858 
 Assignment  M. M. Mowen to John Phillips  For value received I assign and
transfer to John Phillips or order all my rights and title interest and all
claim in the estate of my father, John Besore late of Washington Twp, decd,  I
also assign and transfer to John Phillips my right title and interest and claim
in the estate of my mother, Elizabeth Besore late of Washington Twp, decd.;  I
empower and  authorize John Phillips to demand and collect and recover from
Jacob G. Besore, administrator of said John Besore and Elizabeth Besore, decd.,
all monies coming to me as heir of said estates. And the receipt of said John
Phillips to said Jacob G. Besore shall be as full and complete release and
discharge and acquittal as if the same was given by myself and shall forever
discharge said Jacob G. Besore for all claims and monies coming to me as Heir to
the above estates;  Witnesses Jacob Carbaugh, M. M. Stover.
