Heirs of Abraham Brechbill

We the subscribers, widow, heirs, and legators of Abraham Brechbill Senior 
deceased have this day settled with Jacob Hego, Executor of the Will of said 
deceased and have made a distribution of the moneys, goods, and chattels, notes 
and obligations of said estate for ourselves as well as for Henry Brechbill who 
is a minor.  And we do hereby exonerate said Jacob from all liability to us and 
of all claim do acquit and release him and we do also undertake to account to 
the said Henry for his share and indemnify Jacob Hego his heirs, Executors 
against any claim of said Henry his heirs.  Witness our hands and seals this 
31st August AD 1837.

Personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for the said County

Brechbill and acknowledged the above instrument of writing to be their act and 
deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to Law. In 
testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal this 3rd day of December 1838.
